Members of the Baxter Ward Lions Club were honoured to welcome District Governor Jim Bartley, who presented the club with the Camp Huronda Honourary Lions Guardian plaque in recognition of their support. Camp Huronda provides life-changing experiences for children living with type 1 diabetes.
Embracing this year’s fun Robin Hood–themed convention, members celebrated both service and community spirit. A special congratulations to Lion Jimmy, who was recognized alongside fellow Lions for his dedicated years in Fire Service.
Lions serving in the military, police, and other public service roles were also acknowledged with star pins, presented by visiting Past International Director Connie LeClair-Meyer of District E2 Wisconsin.
